Michael Rolle has 25 years of experience in Logistics, Private Equity and Finance. He is currently CFO and Managing Director at DHL Supply Chain, the market leader in Logistics. Since 2021 he is also CFO for the Global DHL Fulfillment Network for eCommerce. In the past Michael was CFO / CEO for various entities of DHL as well as Group Head of M&A and SVP Corporate Development.

Before Michael worked for 7 years at Private Equity firm Apax Partners where he completed and led several investments in Business Services and Retail.

Next to his roles at DHL, Michael is an Advisor/Board Member for Private Equity firms for on Logistics and M&A and is on the Advisory Board of Lobster. He is an active Investor into VC and PE backed companies.
Michael holds a PhD in Econometrics from Cologne University and studied at Harvard University, HEC Paris and ESADE Barcelona and conducts regular teaching assignments on M&A and Logistics.

Christoph M. Frank is CIO as Head of Process & Technology Solutions (PTS) and Strategy at LGI Logistics Group International, where he serves on the Executive Board. He leads LGI’s transformation toward new business fields and drives operational and digital excellence across a group of around 5,000 employees in more than 50 European locations. In 2023, he was named a Top 5 finalist for “CIO of the Year” (SME category) by CIO Magazin and Computerwoche. Before LGI, Christoph held senior roles at Boston Consulting Group, Amazon, MAN Truck & Bus and Daimler. He is an Industrial Engineer (TU Braunschweig) and holds an MBA from the University of Rhode Island as a Fulbright scholar. He is proud father of two daughters and active supporter of Hacker School.

Peter Gerber is the Chief Executive Officer of Condor, a role he has held since February 2024. Before joining Condor, he spent more than 30 years in leadership positions across the Lufthansa Group, including as CEO and CFO of Lufthansa Cargo and most recently as CEO of Brussels Airlines. He is also President of the Federal Association of German Airlines (BDF), one of the most influential voices in German aviation.

Petra Bögle has nearly 30 years of experience at DACHSER. After holding various leadership roles in EDI and IT consulting, she has headed the Business Integration division since 2020. In this role, she is responsible for connecting branches, customers and IT, as well as integrating customer and partner systems.

Frank Hübner is a logistics and IT expert with more than 25 years of professional experience. Since joining REWE digital in 2013, he has played a key role in shaping the development of logistics IT solutions. In his current role as Senior Product Owner, he is responsible for the strategic and technical direction of the REWE Group’s EDI platform.

Heiko Ansorge gained more than 20 years of experience within Siemens Healthineers AG. As Head of Supply Chain Processes he is part of the global Leadership team of Customer Service Logistics. He owns the global strategy and governance for the four core processes Order Fulfillment, Returns, Warehousing and Transportation in the service parts business of Siemens Healthineers. With that in mind, Heiko has been driving state-of-the-art innovation and breakthrough solutions within the aftersales market for many years.
Before, Heiko spent 10 years at Siemens Energy and Siemens Information & Communication Networks in various Service Logistics Management and Leadership roles.

Eric Kuhn is Deputy Director Ground Operations at Condor and Program Lead for the airline’s relocation to Frankfurt Airport Terminal 3. With a background spanning airline operations and aviation consulting, he specializes in large-scale transformation, operational excellence and hub development.

Thilo Schäfer is Director Cargo at Condor, where he leads the airline’s cargo operations and commercial strategy across an international network of over 90 destinations. With deep roots in aviation logistics, he brings a frontline perspective on how data flows — and where they break — in one of Europe’s most dynamic travel and freight environments. At Summit X Frankfurt, Thilo opens the programme as Co-Host, sharing how Condor navigates data complexity at altitude.

As CEO of Lobster, Tim Srock is driving international expansion and operational excellence. Previously, as CEO of Mendix, a Siemens subsidiary, Tim accelerated growth and formed strategic partnerships.

Jethro Borsje, Chief Product Officer at Lobster, leads the vision for data integration and automation. With 15+ years of experience, he previously drove growth at Mendix and TimeSeries.

Lisa Aarsman is a senior go-to-market leader specialising in data integration, digital transformation, and AI-enabled operational excellence. Patrick Ryan’s wealth of experience has been built on a myriad of changing roles in different industries. Whether business oriented as a Process Architect, an SAP Project Manager or as the founder of a boutique import Company or technically focused as a Portal Architect, Product Manager or Technical Consultant, Patrick has gathered hands-on insights across a wide range of industries in Europe. Having studied International Management in the USA and Spain, Patrick’s focus is very much on using technology to solve business problems.
