Why attend
Whether you decide what gets built or you build it yourself – here is what the Summit holds for you.
You need to know what works before you sign off on it.
You need to know the detail on how it works.
Speakers
More speakers will follow, from keynotes to customer stories.
Keynote
Host of the Transform Talks podcast | 25 years in supply chain transformation
Maria has interviewed hundreds of supply chain leaders about what actually moved the needle in their transformation. Her keynote asks what has to be true about a company’s data before an AI programme returns anything, and why that condition is missing so often.
KEYNOTE
Tech analyst, investor and co-host of Doppelgänger Tech Talk
Twice a week, more than 50,000 people listen to Pip take the tech market apart. In Frankfurt he does the same with AI: what it is delivering today, what it is still only promising, and what that means for the budgets you are about to sign.
Lobster Keynote
Tim Srock, CEO, and Jethro Borsje, CPO
For 20 years, the Lobster Data Platform has connected the supply chain: more than 2,000 companies, over 425,000 system connections. Soon, the ones reading that data won’t be people but agents. Lobster CEO Tim Srock and Chief Product Officer Jethro Borsje show what the platform looks like when that happens, and how it gives agents data they can see, trust and act on. If you want to know what you’ll be running next, this is the session.
Want to be on stage? If you made something work that shouldn’t have, apply, or put forward someone on your team. Applications close 31 December 2026.
The Data Hero Summit is a true conversation starter for the entire logistics industry. Lobster has succeeded in bringing everyone together in one place to jointly discuss the future of data integration and intelligence.
What to expect
One day to see where supply chains and AI are heading, one day to get hands-on with how it works.
From global perspectives on where supply chains are heading to the integrations that make them work, LDHS 2027 brings both together.
Independent voices on where AI in the supply chain actually stands, what it delivers today, and what it needs from your data to deliver more.
Executives and industry leaders share how they are preparing their organisations for agentic supply chains, and what they would do differently.
I was impressed by the scale and the human focus behind the data. The topics are cutting-edge: diversity, AI, and geopolitical challenges – it’s all there.
Manufacturing, retail and logistics, each with its own sessions. Customers and experts walk through market shifts, integration challenges and the lessons they learned the hard way.
