Suppliers without EDI or API capability usually mean spreadsheets, email attachments, and manual data entry on your side. In this session, Paulo walks you through the WebEDI Template: the supplier inbox where partners see their incoming purchase orders, the web forms they use to confirm orders and submit advance ship notices, and the validation rules — mandatory fields, allowed values, quantity and date tolerances — that catch errors before they reach your systems. You’ll see how a Lobster Profile picks up validated data and delivers it into ERP, TMS, or WMS, and how pack planning with Serial Shipping Container Codes feeds into DESADV messages for partners shipping in cartons or on pallets.
